Staffs are not helpful, Promised to call me but never did, I called them didn't get any help and told me to send them a text message but didn't received any reply.

Place a little bit mess but people are friendly. They asked what I need helping with. I was going to pickup a merchandise from Japan. It comes with P112 customs tax fee I immediately paid. Just feel sorry for them since when they don't have exact change, they gave their own money then they will just sort it out later. But overall a good experience. Including my pasts visits for geting postal ID and other packages. Update: Got another package again. 5 stars from 4 for texting me, letting me know that it's there already. Also, they're now air-conditioned.

Most of the time, they are still stamps. It has been 2 months. What they always say is ask the postmaster what I don't always see. Why can't they just ask derecho? I'm disappointed. 😔

SOBRANG BAGAL. We only claim a small package as in a 5 "x 4" size package it almost takes us 1hr. Earlier they talked purely "just wait".
