A lot of shops to choose from. Right beside it is the parade grounds for kids to safely run around with you be stress free that no vehicles would run them over. There is also space for running, walking n biking exersices. Parking is quite hard to look for so it's like a hunting game to have one.

Convenient place for a business to be located in, because of the number of banks and available office space in the area. A lot of start-ups I know started operations in this part of Clark.

I go there for Starbucks, which is excellent. They have all the fast food favourites such as Jollibee, Burger King and Chow King as well as a plethora of good dine in restaurants. Plenty of commercial offices as well. A handy place to know about.
