Nice major hike. challenging trail. May I suggest that the LGU should do proper orientation (LNT) before the hike to maintain cleanliness.

Best place for beginner.. people are accommodating and friendly.. Safe to park your car for 100 pesos overnight..

This was my first hike, its hard to climb especially for beginners as its a major hike with difficulty of 4/9. It has a very long trail. Best for camping it has source of water which is the Papaya River in the middle of the trail. So if you want to cook or take a bath, not a problem! A guide is not required as long as you know the trail. The summit is breathtaking. All your body pain and cramps will be paid off once you see what's above.
