I went to the rdo 44 as early us 8 am and its almost 1pm still im still in the basement waiting my turm just to get tin id. Its really frustrating waiting for 4 hours still havent done yet waiting. Process is so slow. Don't really know what there employee doing up there for it taking this long . I wish they give considerations for taxpayers time. I know that they are probably workimg however do it really take.that long just to get tin id. I hope that there superiors will take a lot at this matter.

I've been to about 30 RDO offices already and RDO 44 is by far the worst branch I've encountered. Waited in a long queue for 5 hours in the basement before my turn. Officers are insensitive and not extra caring unlike those from RDO 41 which is the best ive seen so far. Taxpayers do not deserve this treatment.

There should be signages, directions of where to enter and security guards kept redirecting tax payers to go to basement then the other one said to take the main entrance but then again the guard said the entrance is at the corner by the parking. Shouldn't it be better for the tax payers to be instructed clearly? Unilateral walkways should be implemented so it won't do much redirections.

No working contact numbers, email recipients never reply. When you go there just to submit an application, it will take from 10AM to 3PM to line up.

Facility is at the 3Flr and there's no elevator at all. Before it can be access at front of the building but now..... 🤬🤬
