No one likes taxes but then government officials in this office are polite and efficient and most importantly they are fair. This newspaper would like to commend the tax collectors in this office as being top notch.

Unfriendly employees and hard to get proper guidelines from the employees, they give out different answers like get this and that document requirements but the next day they will say you need different requirements, really frustrating.

Disorganised, inefficient, slow. These are just a few of the adjectives that describe this government run office. There may be a few good men, but those manning the front lines give a bad image to the establishment. You can have all the computerised systems you like but if staff are out taking breaks without concern of who will man their station when theyre gone - then all the investment for efficiency is wasted. What is up with government employees in this particular office taking so many frequent and lengthy breaks throughout working hours? I would expect a little more concern for honest public service, especially with those who man the counters.

I'm giving this office a four 🌟 only because it doesn't have any contact number on the BIR website and I was trying to reach them yesterday had I been successful reaching this rdo I wouldn't have had to go to Taguig rdo (where my current employer is). Otherwise this would have been a five 🌟 The ambiance is good. Malamig kaya di masansang kahit madaming tao (about 70% wearing masks myself included). May free water. Most importantly I got what I needed in a little over an hour. Tips: Just be early. Make reading with comprehension a habit. Bring crackers or nuts para di ka labas ng labas lest you miss the batch call. Kaya mas lalo kang matatagalan. Patience. This is government office after all.
