Best airport so far in PH. Then again, that doesn't say much because the bar in the PH is criminally low. 😂

Had bad time with immigration and they over charged me foe over stay. Will be making an official complaint. Some off the immigration staff are pocketing money and taking advantage of people especially in this hard time with covid. Really sad as in my 5years off coming to Philippines i have never seen this.

It used to be so easy to carry your luggage prior to entry to the terminal. The scanning machine then used to have rollers to the ground that makes it convenient to put your luggage to the carousel. But lately with the change of a new scanning machine for luggages which is unfortunately 3 feet high for someone who has a 28 kilos luggage, travelling alone lifting it up to the machine is a hazard risk. There is no one who can help you lift that up 3 feet high to the scanning machine. At the end if the carousel you have to lift it down again from a very high carousel. So if you are travelling alone dont risk your back. The option is to get a porter and you have to shell out probably 700 pesos plus for 2 luggages and tip. Or fly PAL instead which is on terminal 2.Their scanning machine prior to entry to the Terminal has rollers to the ground which is very convenient if you prefer not to engage a porter.
