They're only open when they want to. A very inefficient and corrupt arm of the government. Such a sad place. They don't even pick up their phone. I don't get it. Why!
No one answers their phone numbers. Worst of all, they don't even deliver the packages. You'll get the notice that it's with them with only days left to claim before they dispose of it. If your tracking says it's here, better check in person.
Ugly, Corrupt, Middle of nowhere
You wouldnt know it is a post office. it looks like a rundown house sitting on a narrow barangay. for a city like Taguig, this is the best post office you can offer?
Forget calling them as they wont answer your calls, if you have spare time just visit the house, i mean the establishment and inquire about your tracking #.
They wont deliver any of your goods, theyll just send you a cheap looking card that cost P100+ saying that youll have to get your items on their place or else theyll "dispose" it in a week.
The lady workers inside the tiny airconditioned room keeps on gossiping with one another eventhough there are lots of people, slows down the entire process of claiming.
by far the worst corrupt postal system in the world. Delivery my butt. they dont deliver. they held my package for over a month and then decided to send out a card. and then they want additional customs fees. upon which I already paid. I wonder if Philippine Customs is aware that this so called post office is impersonating Customs just so they can get money also. pretty sad that you have to be corrupt to survive in this world. all for a T-shirt from a company that is employing Filipinos. I guess anyway to steal a Peso.
As far as I am concern if a government agency feels that they need to be dishonest in order to steal money because they do kot want to deliver mail all for a TShirt; you can have the shirt. would not want you not to be without clothing. What a shame.
