You'll have to take more than 300 steps to get to the viewing deck and to the lake. It's a no for those with significant heart problems, otherwise, worth the pain and sweat. The lake is clean and clear with fishes. It is a very refreshing place. There are off limit areas due to environmental and safety reasons.
