No WiFi yet and the beds are the worst I've ever sleep on. Service may come in time. But I'll wait for more services are available

We used their barkada rooms. So far is nice and clean. Although when you are inside theres no mobile reception. They gave us a pw wifi but twas incorrect bcause theyre not sure.

Our room was small and a bit crowded. Needs refurbishing especially if you want to attract foreign tourists. Water pressure too low, we weren't able to use the shower. We have to wait ages to fill up a small pail to take a bath or to flush the toilet. Food in the restaurant was bland. Cook should learn how to cook affordable yet delicious food especially Filipino dishes. Electrical sockets are old and hazardous. We can't plug our chargers well because they're too loose to fit in the sockets. However, staff are friendly and accommodating. Our accommodation may be lacking in many amenities and needs improvement but Filipino hospitality and service of the staff is what made our stay in Biggies okay.

Rooms, especially comfort rooms, are cozy and clean. The food is great, too! It's a one-stop shop for everything you need (souvenir, swimming apparel, bags, etc) for a cheap price. The staff are welcoming, too, especially the beautiful lady who drove us back to Cebu City. I will definitely tell this to my friends!

The place is a good place to stay in for those in a budget. It doesn't have a good spot for reception though. Most of the food offered in their restaurant is overpriced too, especially with its bland taste.
