Do not fly into this airport on an international flight! Immigration is an absolute disaster. The least efficient I have ever seen. Be prepared to wait at least three hours to get through immigration.

Flying in to the airport is ok since you can grab a bus just outside to leave. I don't recommend flying out internationally because there is a 850php terminal fee and everything for sale in the airport is way overpriced. $9 USD for a small bag of dried mangoes, $130usd for a $30 bottle of whiskey, $9 for a meal at Burger King, $5 for a can of beer.

Super slow immigration. Waited more than one hour, just one or two planes to handle.
