A lot of work to be done. Very few agents were at passport control, although I landed in the afternoon. The construction on the building is also incomplete, despite being open for business. Also, although this is an INTERNATIONAL terminal, free wifi is only avilable for those with a Filipino phone number. Lastly, and more importantly, the customs agent who collected my form was corrupt. He stopped me and told me I needed to pay taxes on my Duty Free items. I showed him the sealed bag but he still protested. Meanwhile, he told me he runs a currency exhcange and that he could give me some pesos for dollars. I explained that I only had $20 on me. Next, he told me not to forget to pay taxes on my Duty Free items next time. I will record this man next time I go through the international terminal
