Domestic Terminal Operations Division Office - Mactan Cebu City International Airport

The old terminal is now used as the domestic flights, so if you knew the airport before the new terminal was built, then you know what to expect. It’s old and gets very crowded. The only positive is that it is small so when you do not have to walk that far when you are inside.

Been here always for domestic flight but it will be my 1st time to rate the airport as it changes a lot since 2017 when i first went and to be deploy led to cebu during my work for telecoms All is good as they now have terminal 1 for domestic flight and terminal 2 for international flights. Its open 24hrs but during this pandemic its seems a lonely place to be with not compare for the old days that to many people roaming around. Tho i dont really understand some of protocol of airport personnel it seems to me they're all stupid or something as not using common sense sometimes...just realtalk.. Anyway i gave them 4 star as for the changes happen.

Been in Cebu few years ago and this is the most improved thing I noticed. Huge transformation!! Best airport in the Philippines! Cleanliness is superb, lots of food choices compared to domestic airport before. Plenty of seating area. Located near the city.

Air port is not busy anymore. But all going well. Makesure you will have all the Safety wear before you reach.

Jesse Mae, a telephone operator I presume, who was on the 7am shift last Jan 07, 2020 was not only prompt in answering my calls, not only searched for and gave me the local number I asked for, but also offered to connect me to that local number right away. Wow, service from the heart. . . very altruistic! I was able to confirm early that an item left at a food shop by the gate at the departure area, was found and reported. Thank you Jessa Mae.
