National Quarantine Office - Mactan - Cebu City International Airport

If I could give 0 I would ! We were all set to travel with our dog, had all the paperwork needed to fly to France. Arriving in the airport they told us to get a paper from this bureau, when we went there they started talking about a form that was needed to enter France (we never heard of this form and were preparing for months already) The super un-friendly girl at the desk said that we 100% will not enter France with the dog without the form and that she would be sent back... We were at that moment all stressed as our plane would go in 2h... We said we will risk it and asked to give the paperwork to leave PH and after 30min they gave it. Now what supposed to be a nice flight became now very stressfull... And guess what after arriving in France not a problem we had all the paperwork needed to enter France with our dog. (rabies titer test, microchip, Health certification). I am writing this for People traveling from Cebu with their dog, do your own research and do not trust them ! (we do not know what you need for other countries only for France)

I'm very disappointed of your service. How many times I call in your office and all you do is to answer then hang. Up what kind of service are doing?
