I actually liked the place and where this is located. It's not far from a lot of places. Just a trike away. The people are also very hospitable. The only thing I didn't like is how old some of their stuffs are and rooms needs some renovations but they really gave me wonderful experience and guided me throughout my whole stay

We stayed here for 3 days. A budget friendly hotel-don't expect too much. I greatly appreciate the good service and prompt action If you have request.They even let us borrow an umbrella. Thank you!

Iloilo has the worst reddoorz hotels. I stayed or viewed all of them. But this is one of the best. But I would not stay here again in summer. The aircon is the loudest I've ever experienced in a budget hotel, it sounds like a thunderstorm. Mattresses are foam, medium. They are using the British system of floors. So 2nd floor is the 3rd level. No lift. There's also an expensive (300/dish) Korean restaurant in the building. Receptionist was nice. Edit: I'm adding 1 star because the night receptionist was so great. You almost want to cry with joy when you get good service. It's pretty rare to get staff who are really communicative in budget hotels in this country.
