Faster payments w/o the MDR

To be fair, the lady who assisted me was friendly and informative, but it kinda sounds BS with the update I was told that instead of 3 months, I need 9 months of contributions to be eligible for taking advantage of any benefits And I need the anti-rabies shots (the 2nd one which is not covered by City Health). I'm talking about your Circular No .015 S. 2012 with subject: Philhealth for Animal Bite Package (Rabies Post Exposure Prophylaxis).. 7 out of 9 months contributions for 2019 disqualifies me from it (not considering since day one my contribution are 120+ months already). These things makes employees want to go home-based and not pay for these contributions as it feels useless anyway.

So I searched for open branches in Google and this place came up that it is open during Saturdays. Indeed, the door was open but we weren't allowed to get in. Such a waste of time. For goodness sake, can you please change the information posted in Google to save other people's time?
