Their staffs here are very rude. They have the worst customer service.
We called them to verify if our package has arrived from Japan, and they confirmed that it already arrived, and that they already sent a notice to our condominium.
I double checked our mailbox and didn't find any notice from them.
So I called them again to tell them that I didn't get any notice from them, and asked if they do a door to door delivery.
But they were really rude and scolded me for calling them twice. What I really hated the most was how they talk to their customers. They have this really lazy tone, and the tendency to yell at their customer. The more calm you talk, the more bossy they act.
Based on their voices, the staffs here are old people who feels really entitled of their positions. So I didn't even bother arguing with them and just kept my tone calm.
I hope these kind of staffs will be replaced with younger employees who knows how to respect their customers.
By the way, it took a month for the package to be delivered from Manila to Cebu, while it only took a total of 2 days to be delivered from Japan to Manila based on the tracking site. See the huge difference.
Unorganized and fixing is still rampant. No social distancing being practiced and employees are giving out their own numbers for follow-ups.
I'm foreigner and honestly if I'm Filipino, I would feel ashame and sad to have post office like that in a 'resort' and big city like Cebu. Just travel around South East Asia to compare. My wife feels always ashamed as Filipina after visiting other South East Asian countries (not comparing with Europe). I DON'T BLAME THE STAFFS IN THIS POST OFFICE! They are very friendly people and can't do much to change the situation. I BLAME the previous administrations who did NOTHING for this country, no investment in infrastructure like canalisation, street, electric/water supply, post office and many others they did during their administration. They only invested in the past to please government of other country.
The stuff is always friendly and helpful. If they don’t find immediately my letter or package, they’re informing me by sms and i can pic it up... thats a very good Service.
Came here to get my UMID card which is supposed to be delivered to our house but was not after 4 long months. Was not informed there were schedules to meet the delivery couriers who handled the cards per location. 8-9am and 4-5pm so I went home. Came at 8am and all they tell you is that they have no number from the delivery guy appointed to deliver my card and that I may have to wait until he arrives. Its just super sad and frustrating they dont have a strict policy regarding this because just like us we have to wait 3+ hours without being assured when exactly the delivery guy will come. So frustrating and the window ladies are not that welcoming and almost all of them on the windows dont smile. Periodt.
