I e-mailed them and got a reply the same day. They asked me to scan the documents before I can proceed to the embassy. After a day, I got a call that I can submit the documents (They accept documents from Monday to Wednesday 9am-12nn). The good thing about applying for an Egypt visa is they won't ask you to pay until your application is approved. I paid Php 1700 for my application. It got even better when the lady was kind enough to release my passport the same day since I am not from Metro Manila. She told me to wait until 1pm so I don't have to go back in Makati.

I would be good if you replied to emails under the current circumstances,,, I'd like to visit Egypt very soon

Been there just last week of July for the stamping (authentication) of marriage certificate with my Egyptian husband. Overall, the place is quiet, cozy and clean.. But because we are now in the pandemic situation so all applicants should wait outside of the building. I thought they have atleast three seats outside the office since they are accepting three applicants at a time.. I'll give it four 🌟 coz they finished my docs at the same time as I don't need to come back again. TIP: * CALL FIRST AND CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT *COMPLETE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS NEEDED *BE THERE EARLY HAMDULLAH IM DONE!❣️

Good embassy overall. Mission and staff is friendly, and the waiting area has comfortable sofas. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the understaffed admin which yielded longer waiting times. As mentioned by other reviews, it is true that one lady processes everything for everyone. This can be long when you have ten or more people before you. In any case, I must point out that the lady is attentive and very professional; I saw that she treated every case with due effort. In each of the three visits I made, my case was processed close to 45 minutes –albeit well manageable under five minutes with the right staffing. If you walk in after 10:30 AM, I must recommend 1 hour and a half of your time: from walking in to building reception to leaving the embassy. Plan to arrive early to keep your visit short and sweet.

very friendly staff and the place is just enough for the job and for the number of visitors, it has a comfortable sofas in the waiting area and the place is very quiet 🤫
