I sent a registered mail (legal mail) and it was delivered after 3-months. What the heck? And to think, it is just within Cagayan de Oro. What a POOR service. SEVERAL TIMES na nila ni gihimo.

i don't know what went wrong but they handled so badly my important documents. it was very disappointing. it came to me very crumpled, to think that they are highly important kind of documents from out of the country that were sent to me here. i'm pretty sure you had orientation about how to handle documents properly. give us justice, oh poor government service. if only i have the choice, but it was sent that way. please do improve your service for the sake of not creating such inconvenience and don't ever do that again to others, please, please, please. my other co-workers from other places had just their documents well and good, except for me. such a bad luck from incompetent kind of service!

why won't you build a new building its been several years since the fire, don't you care for your employees? something needs to be done here. the fact that they charge a lot with my mails from outside the country, service should as well improve. why do you charge for packages that i have already paid for custom duties? even packages as small as a 3m sticker marked gift has a P100 postal fee? this really bothers me.

the building itself is still holding up remarkably well, given the fire back on Jan.6, 2011, but the employees are now working out of cramped, derelict and decrepit conditions at the back of the building. only options are to: (1) demolish the whole sorry mess, relocate the employees to a more humane workplace; (2) demolish the place, give the long suffering and demoralized employees generous redundancy payouts, (3) abolish the post office altogether, and put out the tender for privatization. But despite the atrocious working conditions, the employees still deliver quality performance with a smile, so I would rate the service as excellent but under severe constraints.

Service has to improve ( CDO lock box) . I Have been waiting since past 12 and in- charge of lock box has not come back from lunch which was supposedly 12-1PM. It's way past 1:30 and she's still not here . Such a waste of time of customers especially those who are also working. Nobody could take her place because as relayed nobody holds the key except her.
