Tried to contact many times but bo answer. Ano po ang ginagawa ninyo sa Mail? binuburo po ba bago i-deliver?

hello there, i would like to inquire if my package have already arrived at your post office..tracking item no EJ457474477JP. based on the PHLPOST Track and Trace the said item had already enrouted to your delivery office today August 23, 2016 around 10:56am but according to my mother she called your office around 1:00pm this afternoon for the confirmation if the item have already arrived. one of your staff advised her to call again tomorrow..looking for your immediate response and action..kindly advise.thank you..
