Philippine Airlines - Dumaguete Airport Ticket Office

Bad service. I have connecting flight to a domestic airport in the phils and I approached them days before my flight. I missed asking them the requirements in the ending airport as my mind focused on Manila airport. The staff could have assist me on the requirements. Sometimes, business minded people focus on money gain compromising the service quality to their passengers.

Arrived at Dumaguete Airport disappointed to know my luggage was damaged. Reported to Mr Lando Tose,, handling officer, and says someone will contact to resolve, case opened Nov 2018. After several follow up with Customer Service in Manila, they send it back to Dumaguete office, but no response . First week of Mar 2019, they offered cash settlement, but not heard back till now. Several emails sent to Mr Tose, including Aileen Cuevas and James Gabriel Francisco, but no response nor settlement? Very POOR customer relations not to respond to customer complaints.

Its simple and clean but the bathrooms..... Oof ideas:improve and expand the airport

Small airport, not enough seating when 2 planes are departing at the same time. It was full of noisy Chinese tourists. Staff helpful and smiling. Some small shop to buy food or souvenirs teechirt.

just hoping that the terminal renovatoon will be over soon ☺☺☺
