Good service and friendly staff

Fast, good service despite the Covid-19 situation. Friendly staff you'd know they're smiling beneath their masks. 😊👍

Arrived in philhealth dumaguete at 12 noon. Mag aapply ng phil health as voluntary.. waited for one hour and a half for the counter to assist us.. understandable because of the long queue. What i don’t understand with your system is, if a person applied for new membership dapat pwede n sa counter kung san pinapasa ang application form magbayad hindi yung kukuha ulit kmi ng number for the payment sa cashier and that is another very long queue.. which approximately we will wait again for two hours.. don’t you see how stupid and unorganize your office is?.. bakit kailangan pa namin kumuha ulit ng another numbering for cashier were you the person in the counter who received our application form can accept the payment to make our life easier. We already have spent long hours of waiting. Very inconvenient and unorganize. You want us to spend our whole day just for your office to accommodate us. An improvement of your service is badly needed!!! Very bad service!!!
