Whilst waiting at the counter here the other day I mistakenly left my mobile on the desk as I had a reference number needed on it for the postal pickup. After leaving and riding down the rd I realised it was missing. I returned & Somehow another customer picked up my mobile from the desk ...one if the ladies who worked there called the number and made contact with the individual who had picked it up. She followed it up that night in her own time making more calls and got the phone delivered to her house after hours. I went back to the post office the next day , smiles all around it was there for me. Very much appreciated that effort by her and the other staff ...honest people who do there best but sometimes let down by the postal system. They work for THANKYou

This place is is horrible, the costomer service is very bad. They had my packages for 2 weeks before they called for pick up. They didnt even try to deliver my items that I paid delivery for. When I called to check on my item status they put the phone down and left it alone. Was in hold for 20+ minutes, I tried calling back but they never hung up so the line continued to stay busy for hours. When I went in person to check on my items. There was a call coming in and the lady ignored it because she was to busy trying to find music in the radio. This place is very unprofessional. I dont even think 1 star is appropriate.

The card I sent was not delivered and no news about it. It's like they lost it. Everytime I followed up, they would just tell me it is not there. That was about a year ago. I ordered stuff online and they are very slow. I keep on going to the post office, calling them, but no answer or they give me so many excuses. It is very frustrating. Frankly, I would never use them ever.

The employees are very rude, I don't wanna visit this terrible place ever again...

The costumer service is very poor.
