This is my first ever long trail. It takes 1hr mostly to trek. The trail was great if you want a little challenge. Narrow road and long roads ahead. We didnt see much view because it was foggy when we stayed there but still we have a lot of fun. ❤️

Every Peaks has different stories to tell. Yes, Mt. Mago has it own stories to tell in all of its trail. Be cautious, a local guide is a MUST.

Being able to finally climb a mountain in my home island is a blessing. The climb was worth it, the place is peaceful and relaxing. The only challenge on the way to the peak was the slippery slopes but that is just minor inconvenience, just grab a stick and use it as a support.

Mount Mago is an easy climb but it is far from the highway so expect to spend a lot for the motorcycle (habal-habal) ride going to the starting point of the trek. If you're travelling alone, the driver will charge you up to Php200 one way and when you get there you also have to pay for your guide (usually kids). The view is definitely worth the money you'll spend.
