False and misleading advertising: no toiletries, no hot water on all the showers, karaoke isn’t working. Bad hospitality and poor customer service. Staff are rude, impolite, arrogant and lack customer service skills. Security was fast asleep at 6pm. The money I paid for an overnight accomodation wasn’t worth it. The manager even challenged the guests to clean the apartment for one hour and she’ll pay them if they can do it. The guests were asked to clean the apartment before checking out. Never again 😤

Great place to stay and convenient to most tourist spots. The place is beautifully done and very comfortable. It feels like home! Fast wifi connection too and complete with kitchen utensils so u can cook! Parking is free and very spacious! Excellent accomodation...very clean indeed☺

Really superb experience - shame we only stayed one night - next time want to try the gym and sauna -- really clean - BIG units - in a great location of Baguio.

Ideal for family,fully furnished and feels like home. This place is definitely commendable. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Its a 5 bedroom apartment with complete appliances and kitchen utensils. Suitable a for big family who wants to cook their own food and wash their clothes. There’s even unlimited supply of towels,blankets and pillow case. Extra mattress is readily available. What more can I ask for? Of course we just have to buy our own food. I love the toilet just beside the kitchen..The two room upstairs are suitable for children.. each bedroom has 2-5 beds. The most enjoyable is the balcony. Our room is blessed with a very nice balcony. Though we were in the third floor we have to climb up cos there’s no elevator. But we like it after all we need exercise. Hence not ideal for olds and PWD.. Above all it was a great experience and I would recommend it to any of my friends. And would like to go back there again.

Beautiful 5-bedroom condo, great for family and large group bonding. Wonderful views over Wright Park. Very relaxing.
