Is there still an accredited clinics for processing of Medical Examination bound to Kuwait or any DoH Accredited Clinic would do? What are the diagnostic test requirements needed for application of Kuwait Visa? Hope you could give feedback. Thank you!

I went to the embassy to file my police clearance before i went to manila i call the embassy they told me it will take 2-3 weeks for the clearance to be given to me. I called again 2 days after to ask what to bring they told to bring the documents and 3k for processing.i went to manila on jan 16 and process the said documents then i discovered that it will take again another 1 month before i can have my documents. After a month i called them to ask if my clearance is ready they the one who recieve my call said it was ready and can be collecred and even ask me to pay another 1k for the document and mined you she is very rude.i went to the embassy and try to collect my clearance then the security down told me it was not ready.then he brought me up to the embassy and another security guard who was very rude and even shouted at me told me it was not ready and they dont have it.to cut my story short i got my document which was ready the whole time.they just embarrass me in front of a lot of people. They did not even say sorry.hopefully it would be my last time going to the embassy and hopefully the kuwaiti govt can read all the post to remove all the employee or give them a proper seminar on how to handle their clients.

It's one of the slowest/worst consulate ! Reasons for the comment above: 1. We reached 30min after the scheduled time for it to open which is 9am but then they opened the counter at 11:10am. 2. Officers came to work as we saw while waiting was after 9:30am 3. No cell phones allowed, which i understand for security reasons. 4. Excuses given when asked why Ain't the counters open or someone attending? "They are busy working inside" like WTH ... Seriously and we are waiting outside for hours. 5. Some people waited since 7am - insane. 6. No token system available, so people who come late gets served before people who have been waiting for hours. 7. Place is very small with not much information posted for comers, which can be handy for faster processing incase we are missing something. 8. Friends of the officers are ushered first and for long hours of talks inside the office. 9. I waited with my 5 months pregnant wife inside and that's not the way a Gov/Kuwait Gov place is supposed to function. Transportation: Personally I have not tried the local jeepneys or metros to travel much but the App "GRAB" for taxis in Manila works really great for moving around and at a reasonable price if you want to move at ease and quicker depending on traffic level. - Payment: As per meter in the cab + 60/70 Pesos/0.450 Kuwaiti Fils for Booking. This is my genuine opinion, I do not intend to upset anyone or organisation but for people who seek genuine heads up before reaching that place. If any other information required so shoot me an email ! Cheers !

And this is just over the phone mind you. You call to inquire and instead of assisting you they ask you questions making you feel stupid. I was asking if they have received my siaters papers from the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait. I explained the situation to a lady. And instead of accomodating an inquirely politely she goes do you know what papers when I already said school documents. She goes but don't you know what those specific school documents are? I would inderstand if it was something new to them but it isn't. One more thing about this embassy try calling them around 3 onwards line is always busy. Call them around 4 no one answers anymore when it says office hours is until 5. Makes me think they rush out of the office at exactly 4. Very poor service and upon reading the review above I think it's going to be worse to go to the actual office.
