The 3 staff that we usually come in contact with are really nice and accommodating. They even explained to us how shipping works internationally. The lady managing the front desk in particular was really nice to us. If you want to ship something and is in no rush to do so, you should go to this particular branch as they are very welcoming. As far as I can remember, this is located on the top floor beside the food court and SSS hub. I just wish they could ship to more countries, because as of now, they are only allowed to receive parcels going to about 8 countries, I think.

Very handy and never much of a line up. You can't get your postal ID here though.
