After the new mayor took office, the park is now being transformed back again to a park with a fountain, flowers and bushes. Not the stoned and tiled hell the former mayor had it turned into before she left. Now we just need to a remake of Mactan Shrine also. Also destroyed by the former mayor for God knows how many millions...

This is the place where i was born is totaly deferent know since i left here but the place is looking wonderful i recommend to come visit lap\u2x is the tourist spot...

They say its a park but they had cut down the trees and placed more or less 3 dozen lamps. Half of which are not working. Cant say the park is for the kids because the playground part has unusable and has not been fixed for almost a decade now :(
