Too many duplicate forms. No electronic form submission. Photocopy is still required. Today is year 2020, and there should be more electronic options. Wala din sila barya. Shouldn't this a standard protocol.

They have an eLounge if you to file online. Due to the pandemic there are no usual crowd

Was there for Visa Extension. 3 separate ques. - An hour to get form/number and finish assessment, TV shows the que number - 20 mins to pay, line up - 2 hours for passport release, TV just shows the name so it's hard to tell where you are in the que. It wasn't clear to me if you have to give your receipt to the release que right away, I did it late and she took my receipt, not sure if this made a difference in how long it took. No problems but takes a long time

May application for change address was submitted dec 5 2019.. Up until now no progress.. And no one is answering the god damn phone!

Finally, a competent BIR office. The staff were professional and nice.
