Nuestra Senora de Guia Plaza has the best location but it's beauty has been destroyed by an ugly basketball court and informal vendors and residents . It's sad thats it's neglected cause it's directly in between the US Embassy and the Nuestra Senora de Guia Shrine . Mayor Moreno should add this plaza in his beautification program priorities soonest . I often go to church there and it really looks neglected and abused . Hope to see it beautiful again without that ugly basketball court in the middle !! Good Luck Mayor Moreno and God bless you always !!
