Hiding behind the trees, and the traffic of old manila is this monument where street children hover around it. Got some historic importance but has been neglected for no reason.

Local children are left to wander around this area without an adult, climbing over the statues and generally hindering tourists from taking any clear shots of the statues and monuments.
