Pasay Post Office

I am having a very bad experience with Philpost door to door service. The delivery people have reported a failed delivery last week and now have texted that they tried to deliver but there wasn't anyone to recieve the package. We have been at home since last week and I also spoke to the village guards including the ones at the gate. No one from Philpost has asked for us. We recieve all deliveries from Shopee and Lazada plus a balikbayan box last week. They are the only one that could not complete delivery. Guy who texted would not even answer my call. What's worse is that no one answers all the landline nos. posted online.

Very bad service, my parcel was there since February. EMS said that its stuck in customs,and clearance should be given by EMS, now its already July so its around half a year now and still they havent done anything. When the heck my parcel be release? it has supplements which 2 elders are in dire need to take this. I called the hotline but nobody picked up despite its office hours. hello?! what are you doing EMS? Zero star even I want to give negative stars but since I cant post this without giving 1 star so let it be for now !!! totally disappointed!

Packages not delivered on time and damaged by rats!

This is by far the worst post office ever. The girl on the phone was rude in her manner of speaking. And the way she entertains the person on the other line with no respect. In the end she just hung up the phone. People at your office should be educated on properly handling inquiries and phone call. Even to the extent of an irate caller. You should be removed from office.
