NAIA 3 is the best out of the 4 terminals in Manila. Although it's chaotic there's a lot to do here. Plenty of shops and definitely lots of restaurants (which is severely lacking in the other 3 terminals.) Get here early because it can get crowded at peak and you can just roam around and eat. Make sure you check your departure and arrival terminals some flights fly out of and arrive at two different terminals. It's difficult to travel between one terminal to another, you need to catch a cab and can be a horrendous experience when in traffic. So always double check. :)
Worst airport ever. No structure at all... People working here just send you around to wrong places if you ask them... If you don't know, just tell it!!
Also we arrived in terminal 4 and had to take a flight in terminal 3. Worst terminal transfer I have ever witnessed... Waited 1,5 hours for a bus (workers couldn't tell when the bus is driving since there is no scedual).
Bus was crowded, no structure... Just bad.
ADVICE: take a bit of money and take a taxi... Don't wait for the bus.
Departure/check-in is a catastrophe. Just immigration is worst... Horrible.
Finally in international area are no smoking areas... After is asked a person told me to go outside of the airport... Nice joke...
Too many things to fix... Really bad experience
Comparatively less crowd if you get there early, anyway where in Philippines you can see less crowd!!! Best this is when you use a porter, you don't need to wait in the que. And this is the correct location of NAIA Terminal 3
Had a bad experience at the airport check-in tonight 16/03/20. Cebu Pacific has a new modus to make extra cash. Their scales are rigged, I measured my bag on the video with my personal scale and used the one at the hotel that gave me the same total. But when they weighed it, they added an extra 1.5 for a 21.5 kg luggage. I’ve alway been good with my weight limit that’s why I was surprised to find out we were over 3 kilos and we haven’t even weighed our last lightest luggage.
Even the LoLo who checked in next to me was surprised that has 2kg over and either pay extra or remove/move the items to another bag.
Trabaho na tinatrabaho pa!
Not a very nice terminal, Not enough seating in the check-in area and when seating is available you find 1 person taking 3 seats for themselves and another 2 for their bags, but this is common in all airports in the Philippines.
Terminal 3 departure areas are quite nice, seem to be well maintained.
