VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staffs is lack of knowledge and experience. Need to attend training/seminars on how to properly manage Building and Tenants. Lack of tissues and trash bins inside the Comfort rooms. Lack of service elevators. Tenants who pay for the rent is always adjusting, instead of them to think ways on how to give a good service. It takes a month before they took action to all complaints. Very strict. Disrespectful guards. Needs improvement in all aspect.
