Baguio City Post Office

I was advised to go here to get PMO because the one incharge for making pmo at upper session went out. They said it's better because it's computerized, and it turned out to be a headache. The staff at city hall put the address beside the name of the of the payee which was denied by the cashier in Manila (I did not notice and wasn't aware plus I trusted that the check was in order). It was their error but I have to find a way to return the invalid pmo check to them to replace but I am also mandated to send the payment asap! HUGE HEADACHE!!! We are the ones having to solve the problem due to their incompetence!!!

The current status of Baguio Post Office is poor. The mail boxes have to be replaced, in fact, if you intend to drop a letter there during rainy days you would see a motorcycle parked in front of the mail boxes. Imagine having to find away to drop your mail because a motorcycle blocks the mail boxes. I agree with the other reviewers, the tellers are impolite and impatient. I’ve been dropping domestic mails lately and so far I had no problem. I haven’t tried sending or receiving parcels through Phil Post, yet.

They don't have way to track parcels. They'll let you pay when claiming for your parcels. Customer service is poor.

The woman in charge to get the biometrics is EXTREMELY impolite!! and doesn’t bother asking if the photo is fine. She doesn’t treat the people well. Para siyang hindi GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. Talked to me and to all the other people before and after me with NO respect at all.
