PHLPost Pacita has accommodating staffs. If you have a regular shipment, they'll contact you through phone for quicker notifications.

Great staff who really make people feel important and individual.....very friendly. They staff also make it their business to know each person to deliver better service and make life easier for the customer.

My experience is always considerably great compared to other Philippine post offices, the staff work hard and they don't have any hanky-panky going on like other branches (like Makati). My only gripe is the people who smoke right in front of your transaction windows and entrances (or anywhere within your compound for that matter since it isn't big at all). You shouldn't tolerate this out of consideration for your customers' health (and for the simple reason that it is against the law).
