Aggressive marketing and sales strategy. Unsatisfactory transaction handling of buyers’ needs and concern. We haven’t even heard they’re sorry. Suuuupppper delay of unit turn-over. 15months and the construction is still 69.73%? No official letter, email, call or text if there are delays and the reason.
