Don't buy here. It's broken and possibly bankrupt. Avida Towers front desk at is ferociously mean and rude. Property management doesn't call you back. Developers used cheap material and charge you for their mistakes. All points to bad management and future development problems. There is mold inside the units, and no internet. Literally no concierge. If there is a concierge at Tower 1, her name is Mavi Gwen Nacion, who had a smirk on her face that could do now wrong. Bitter with no remorse for the customer. I told her all of my problems for the past two weeks which lead up to our family having to pay 100 php each to use the pool. ok fine. But tell us. Truly absurd. Developer should be ashamed of themselves for building poor quality construction and having the tenants, or owners, pay for its disrepair. See photos. The building is falling apart. Despite the repairs, disgruntled employees, and thin walls, this development is the worst I have ever stayed in 35 countries and over a thousand properties worldwide. Real estate architect, author, and builder for 45 years in America. Standards are there for a reason.

Just like any hotel... 😊😊😊 it's clean and cozy. It has a lavatory, a refrigerator, TV, heater, electric kettle with some cups, dishwashing liquid, bath soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and slippers. 😊 it is also furnished with cabinets and shoe rack with slippers on it to use. We have rented ours for 1400 per day. It could fit 6 people in it. Atria tower 1 also has a swimming pool open from 6 am to 5pm located at level 1. This place is well-recommended because it is also near the city proper.

Location is accessible to major shopping areas in the city. Front office staff is courteous and accommodating.
