With all the reviews that I've read, this airline is a big disgrace to the Philippines. Why are they still operating???? Corruption again??

Initially they were accommodating to the situation and I received a partial refund after my flights were canceled, but they would not refund most of the remaining fare. They stated the full amount was refunded even after I provided my bank statements indicating otherwise. When I requested their documents showing the refund they refused to provide it.

SCAM My flights were cancelled a couple of days before departure and we never received our money back. After several follow-ups we were told the refund was being processed (obviously this never happened).

Never book a flight with them. NEVER, if you have an other alternative, do it. Our flight was cancelled 1 day before, for no reason. We are waiting since 3 month for the refund. They said 20 days. It’s been 3 month, when I ask them what is going on, it’s always the same answer. We sincerely apologize for any delays on the Refund Process. Kindly be advised that we are addressing each Refund Inquiry accordingly. Really if you have other choices, other flight. Do it. This flight company should be closed forever. They don’t know how to work. They take your money. Cancelled your flight 1 day before and never give you back what is yours. They are even not answering to my lawyer. Don’t worry air Juan. I’m not leaving you alone.

Do not purchase from this company, this is a scam. Our flights were cancelled one day before we were due to depart. It has been 6 months and we have not received a refund.
