The US Embassy is Manila is very efficient, organized and very helpful with addressing and processing your immigration or Citizenship concerns.

Very polite staff. The person we had an interview with, although strict about the general rules and guidelines was very respectful. He wasn't the mean and or rude person I had expected. Guards outside the Embassy were practically useless. When we arrived a guard asked us what our appointment was about, we told him we had one with the USCIS, but he put us in the line for the Visas. Luckily, one of the vendors outside told us there was actually a separate line. She was a much bigger help than the people who actually worked there.

Tel # listed on your website is incorrect. I have tried all sorts of combination to no avail. I would think that Tel # is a very basic info that need to be updated as soon as changes are made. May we have the US Embassy's working Tel. # available asap. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

I want to commend the US Embassy’s staff at the SSA office. I’m visiting till December 2020 and needed to start my MEDICARE Part B before my birthday in November 2020. To my horror-I just couldn’t do this online (like I did to get my SSA retirement benefit started when I retired in April 2020. The SSA Federal Benefits guys provided a secure way to do that here overseas, and my Medicare Part B will start in November 2020. No fuss, no complications, no confusion: excellent yeoman’s work.
