Quite organized and friendly handling of appointments. Just the enforcement of priper wearing of face masks/-shields could be more thorough.

This embassy is a shame! If you try to call noone pick up the phone. If you try to call the emergercy number noone answere. If you write a email maybe no answere or if yes days or weeks later. If you have a email contact the conversation partner is changing every day and you need to explain again and again your reasons why you contact them. Unbelieveble unprofessional and even 1 star is to much for that office! If this is a german representation...good night!

Extremely disappointed that you are not following the EU Directive 2004/38/EC in relation to accelerated processing of family member’s applications, the Visa Code & Handbook regarding administrative processes and expectations not filling the European Commission’s communication of 30 March 2020 regarding minimum service during COVID-19. You have failed all three and as a result, have cost my family multiple thousands of dollars in missed flights, unnecessary stress and you are keeping my family hostage and forcing me to return home without my family and incurring the added expense and time off work in order to return a second time to bring my family home.
