I have had no luck trying to ring Australian Embassy in Manila to speak to someone regarding personal situation Ring the number advertised and answer is unattended. What does this mean Have sent emails and still cannot understand. Very poor effort from Australian Embassy

Was stranded in the Philippines in March 2020 Due to covid 19 virus. The help from the Embassy was terrible And very amateur. Many times I messaged them and got no reply, when they did reply There information was sometimes incorrect or that they had no answer. I gave a one star because I could not give a zero.

Terrible service. Phone numbers for enquiries never get answered and simply gets cut off. Hope Australian tax payers not paying a premium for this.
