It took just a few moments to pick up my parcel. Place is well-ventilated. The staff I interacted with was very chatty and friendly. Transaction was a breeze.

Office staffs and especially the guard were not accomodating. They were also very rude, however Mrs Andrea Cruz (the encoder also the one who approves the ID request) was very understanding and very sweet. I hope the staffs will behave more like Mrs Cruz.

Since I trnasfered here, I wanted to know where the post office is since I do a lot of online shopping. Was able to go today to get my shipment. Place is airconditioned and the people there are friendly. Much more convenient to me since it's quite near and the place is clean. I will be passing by a lot here.

Good service and friendly people :) they open at 8am to 5pm if im not mistaken. Picked up my parcel at the 2F and it only took a few minutes :) They're located in between the constructing San Juan Justice Hall and Bureau of Fire (check out the pic) you've got to walk straight through the street and you'll see PhilPost on the right side. You can probably bring a car if you go early as slots are limited.
