I posted a EMS on Dec 13,2017, international post, from Manila to Foshan, it cost 900 pesos, very very important document, they said just need 3-5 work days. Now my phone never receive my EMS update information, and I tracked it online everyday, every time it shown me the item not found. I went to the post office to check, no one can find out the update detail, sent email to the post customer email box, they just replied me there is no record in their system, then that's all. I felt so sad and regret to choose Philippines post office express service. If they lost my document, what should I do? I never meet a express company like this before. I should use DHL or LBC, the two brands service are super good, fast and can track online the first day. If tomorrow my document still no tracking detail online, still can't deliver to my friend..can I ask them to return my post fee and compensate for my document?
