I sent my sister, who is serving a mission in Manila, a package last year, and it only took less than two weeks to get there as I tracked it. It arrived in the Philippines post office on the 4th of November 2020 saying "the item is currently in transit to the final destination" till now. It's already February 2021, and my sister still hasn't received her package. This is so disappointing! I tried to call so many times, but I couldn't get a hold of them.

It's been almost a year since the Mail I'm waiting has still yet arrived in my place. Can you please be more responsible and stop being so lazy to send it right away? My sister is in Saudi and she has diagnosed with Cancer, I really want to readh her mail. PLEASE.
