No one ever answers the phone. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Phone is just a display. No one is answering the phone. Place is dirty and infested by mosquitoes. The personnel where they print tracking of package is not smiling. Job maybe stressful but they should always be nice. Besides we are paying for sending and receiving our packages and not for free.
