The trick here is to come at around 4pm or before 5pm. The people works faster during that time because they don't want to work overtime. You can notice it. With regards to how fast the delivery was, it'll take 2 weeks or so. I've been sending postcards to Holland and it usually arrives in less than a month. You just have to be patient with the staff. Might as well be friend them so they will serve you fast. And always smile.

They are very rude!! I tried to call them to ask for the update. They answer the phone but they didn't say anything or what. Next thing happen the line is disconnected when I try to call them again the line is out of service.. Very bad experience.. 😠😠😡😡

Jaw-droppingly slow and inefficient. Their one and only contact # listed online has been out of service for weeks now and the only mode of communication available seemed to be FB messenger. Even that seems to be managed by inept staff who aren’t empowered to provide solutions beyond their script even if it logistically doesn’t make sense. No such thing as urgency or responsiveness and as a result, documents that have arrived two months ago meant to be routed to my mailbox are still stuck.in.their.office. Ridiculous waste of time.

Mixed feelings as I have been previously charged Php120 for delivery of an international parcel (EMS) I already paid for. My second experience was much better as it only took me about 30 minutes on a Wednesday morning to claim four parcels. I just wish my government could afford to enable a more organized management system for all the parcels and letters coming in and out of the post office. Best to visit the Post Office ahead of the courier (just constantly track the package), make sure you go at least an hour before lunch time (so nobody's hungry) and have photocopies of your ID handy (preferably a valid Postal ID).

I’ve been calling their no for 3 weeks straight but no one cares to answer the phone with it rings they even hang it up! In this times answering a phone call gives relief to a caller and lessen there emotional burden...
