The office is located at the third floor of the mall within Lingkod Pinoy. it is convenient to the public when inside the mall.
Last Monday 02.18.2019, I went to PHLPOST Robinson's Galleria to send parcel to UK. It's my first time to send parcel outside PH so I was skeptical and clueless. I asked the personnel assigned if what would be the fastest way to send the parcel and I decided to choose EMS eventhough it's pricey. I paid P2,210. The personnel was not so helpful and looks irritated with my questions. He asked me to fill out a form. I just indicated my address and the recipient. The personnel asked me to indicate the description of the package so I did. I noticed that he was so irritated. Now I just knew that I missed out ticking the category of item and the value of the package was filled out by the personnel. He input the shipping fee that I paid under the value field. Yes, I know that it's my responsibility to fill out the form correctly. But would it be necessary as well for their personnels to be helpful and to inform the clients if something is missing on the form especially for 1st timers? Now my parcel is bound to be held in customs due to incomplete information and I know it would mean weeks of delay and additional charges. I am so emotional right now coz Ive been trying to reach PHLPOST through all their channels and I'm not getting any help. This is very traumatic experience for me and I won't rely to this company anymore!
Love it
