In my experience the staff was friendly and helpful. Never gotten a bad experience with the staff at the post office. Service is a bit slow, the wait time is okay. Hopefully services will be better.

Contrary to the old reviews, the staffs here are actually friendly and accommodating. The process to get postal ID is smooth as long as you have complete requirements.

Bad idea number 4329... Buy on eBay in the Philippines... when the item arrived, I got a notification and I had to go to the office and then pay for the item... 🤔 I had to wait a long while for my name to be called, because there are no PCs to process the data 🙃, but it could be more worthy if there is no garbage right beside you 😷 Government .. where is the money of my taxes? Haha

Muntinlupa City Central Post Office (Incorrectly/Mistakenly known to some people as Alabang Post Office) Located at 3rd level Starmall Alabang Now open from 7AM and closes at 9PM. Use the backdoor(Parking Area) if you want to be there early.
