Receipting windows 6 & 7 are very very slow (window 6 was not even entertaining people, window 7 looks like entertaining people on the side - I guess without a number). Took me almost an hour to process and take out a piece of box. Cebu PPA is 10 times busier but very efficient.

Looks like this is one of the entry ports to main land Mindanao so it gets very busy. We got here from Siargao on a Wednesday and after we arrived, we went out of the port smoothly. Outside the port, there are so many tricycles, multicab, and habal-habal waiting for passengers, which can be overwhelming for a tourist. There is no proper terminal that can be confusing. The place looks old but still functioning as intended.
