Three (3) Hectares of Lot, soon will rise the BAGONG BUHAY SUPERMARKET. The lot where RC Race Track (Race Course) was disassembled and became part of it. Last June 17, 2020 was the grand opening of the Supermarket. It utilizes partly the Rubenian Spirituality Building as temporary Office and the Coconut Hills MX Park accomodation Building as temporary Warehouse of the Supermarket while slowly putting out the building. This business is a sole proprietress of Madame Maricel S. Costorio. It was opened exclusively to all Rubenian members to be recognized as local inventors. Investing period was closed last June 16, 2020. It will re-open soon next year on January every year so on and so forth. Your investment must wait to matured until Five (5) Years before you can withdraw. The distribution of interest is to be made every year. About Thirty Six percent (36%) of Gross Income of the Supermarket will be divided to all local Investors. It is divided based on how much is your investment. The minimum investment is Two Thousand Pesos only (Php2,000.00) and no limit for maximum investment. Plus Two Hundred Pesos only (Php200.00) for documentary stamp. Just in case, you really need your money even it has not yet pass a year since you invested it and you withdraw it. You will absolutely be refunded but there is no interest of your money. Please take my advice, just see to it that the money you invested is out from your emergency fund or out from the fund that provide your daily needs. So that it may not come out withdrawing in immatured time. They also offer a Suki Card Program which you can avail for only One Hundred Pesos only (Php100.00). This card is not transferable to others but can be use by other immediate member of the family. Card Holder can avail Five (5) points which equivalent to Php5.00 rebates for every Php1,000.00 worth of purchase. The computation of points/rebates will be on monthly basis. Redemption of rebates is on every Fifth 5th month in the form of gift certificates or Items. Points/ rebates unclaimed from the previous month/months will be added on the next months purchases and could be redempted while subscription of the card is still valid. Validity of this card is One (1) year from the date of availment and can be renewable every year. By now, I'm waiting for a call/ text from BBS Staff for signing of Terms and Condition agreement.
